This project consists of two detached single-family modern homes in a small corner lot on Ft. Harrison Ave. in Clearwater, Florida.

Each home has 2 stories of living area plus a roof top open terrace, floor to ceiling windows connecting the interior and exterior spaces including a small lap pool on one side of the living/dining area, outdoor balconies, terraces, green areas, and a 2-car garage.

It is currently in permitting phase.
